1. What you are purchasing

Traffic4Me membership costs $20 per month. In exchange, you receive 1,000 visits delivered to a link of your choice — real traffic from other members using the Traffic4Me surf browser — plus one lifetime position in the Traffic4Me matrix. This is the product you are buying: delivered visits to your link. Everything else described below is a rewards mechanism layered on top of that core product, not a separate thing you are purchasing.

2. The rewards system is not a money-making opportunity

Traffic4Me operates a matrix-based commission ("affiliate") system. Its purpose is to reward members for participating in the network and to keep traffic flowing between members — it is a loyalty and engagement mechanism, not an investment product, not a business opportunity, and not a promise of income.

Traffic4Me makes no representation, guarantee, or promise that you will earn any commission, recover your membership cost, or make a profit. Any commissions you receive depend entirely on the ongoing activity of other members, are variable, are not guaranteed, and may be zero. Do not join Traffic4Me, and do not present Traffic4Me to others, as a way to make money, generate income, or as an investment. Traffic4Me is not a security, investment contract, or financial product of any kind.

3. How the commission ('pay') plan works

Every $20 monthly payment is split three ways:

• $8 — sale commission. Split into 100 shares of $0.08, paid up the matrix ancestor chain above the paying member (the paying member does not earn from their own payment). Each ancestor only receives their share if their own membership is active at that moment; any share that cannot be paid — an inactive ancestor, or fewer than 100 ancestors existing — is retained by Traffic4Me.
• $8 — click commission. Funds the member's 1,000 delivered visits, at $0.008 of commission per visit. Each visit is split into 100 shares of $0.00008 — one to the member who generated the visit (they always earn from their own activity), and 99 up that member's matrix ancestor chain, subject to the same active-membership rule above.
• $4 — platform fee. Retained by Traffic4Me to cover payment processing costs and the cost of running the service.

Matrix placement happens once, automatically, the first time you pay, and is permanent — it cannot be lost, moved, or reassigned. Your 1,000-visit budget resets (does not accumulate) with each payment. A minimum balance of $30 is required to withdraw commissions, paid in Litecoin. Members who are not currently paying ("inactive") cannot earn commissions, cannot use the surf browser, and cannot withdraw their balance unless they reactivate their membership or accept a one-time $25 fee deducted from an inactive withdrawal (a balance of at least $55 is required to withdraw while inactive).

4. Billing and no refunds

Traffic4Me membership is an instantly delivered digital service: your matrix position and visit budget are provisioned automatically and immediately upon successful payment. By subscribing, you expressly request that delivery begin immediately, and you acknowledge that once delivery has begun you lose any right you might otherwise have to cancel and receive a refund. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused visits, partial months, or subsequent cancellation.

Your membership renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

5. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Traffic4Me. You may hold only one account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

6. Acceptable use

You may not submit links that are illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience. Reported links are removed from circulation pending review; links found to violate this policy are permanently banned. You may not use bots, scripts, or automated means to generate visits, create multiple accounts, or otherwise manipulate the matrix or commission system. Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending, unpaid commission balance associated with the violation.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Traffic4Me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffic4Me's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid Traffic4Me in the month the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Traffic4Me after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
